Meet the Makers: Terrona Partners With Small Mediterranean Producers
Terrona’s identity has always been rooted in ingredients—so this year, we’re taking a bigger step toward transparency and sustainable sourcing.
We’re proud to announce new partnerships with small Mediterranean producers who share our values of craftsmanship and respect for nature. Our olive oil now comes from a family-run grove in Puglia using regenerative soil practices. Their trees are never irrigated; they thrive purely on natural rainfall.
Our sea salt is sourced from a coastal farm that harvests by hand, allowing minerals to retain their natural complexity. Our honey comes from a micro-apiary that practices migratory beekeeping to protect bee health and biodiversity.
“These ingredients aren’t just products,” Chef Alessio notes. “They’re stories—stories of land, of climate, of people.”
Guests will begin to see these stories highlighted throughout the menu and interior signage, bringing more connection between the plate and the place it came from. It's Terrona’s way of honoring the makers who shape the flavors guests love.
