Terrona’s New Dessert Line: Comfort, Calm, and Modern Mediterranean Sweetness
Terrona is unveiling its new dessert lineup this season—five creations inspired by Mediterranean comfort, clean flavors, and natural ingredients.
The star is the Olive Oil Cake, light yet moist, with notes of almond and citrus. It's baked daily in small batches, using our new single-origin olive oil. Another crowd favorite is the Lemon Ricotta Tart, which blends creamy ricotta with the brightness of sun-grown lemons.
For purists, the Affogato Classico remains a staple, served with house-roasted espresso. Meanwhile, the Citrus Honey Pudding brings a soft, silky texture layered with caramelized citrus peel.
Every dessert was designed with Terrona’s signature aesthetic in mind: calm, airy, and balanced. “We wanted sweets that feel like a gentle finish, not an overload,” Chef Linh explains.
Guests can now enjoy a rotating “sweet of the week” feature that explores seasonal fruits, nut varieties, and herb infusions from Mediterranean gardens.
